Every tenant is scoped end-to-end. There are no cross-tenant reads, no shared caches across customers, and no training on your data without written opt-in.
DecisionRecords are append-only and retained for the life of the tenant contract. Exports in JSON and human-readable PDF are available on request.
A current subprocessor list is available by email. New subprocessors are added only with tenant notice.
