Nooterra does not claim causal uplift on any metric. Any observed improvement is cohort-reported, notcounterfactual-proven. The certification boundary is written on every DecisionRecord.
Every action Nooterra prepares carries an authority level. A4 and A5 actions (customer-facing messages, service holds, legal escalation, credit draw, critical vendor delays) require named human approval before routing.
